Your Responsibilities:

  • Classify new applicants into suitable categories (interpreters, course learners, educators, mentors).

  • Maintain a simple, clear digital archive so each applicant is easy to locate.

  • Update spreadsheets and notes accurately to support smooth operations.

Who Suits This Role:
Someone organised, patient, and attentive. No previous admin experience required — full support is provided.


2️⃣ Volunteer Admissions & Communications Assistant

Summary:
This role is for someone who enjoys communicating clearly and helping people receive the right information.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to enquiries through email, WhatsApp, and phone (with prepared scripts).

  • Send friendly updates such as “Your application is being reviewed” or “Next steps will be shared soon.”

  • Keep brief records of communications to ensure applicants receive consistent support.

Someone polite, communicative, and confident in writing and speaking English. Full guidance is provided.


3️⃣ Volunteer Interpreter & Course Pathway Coordinator

  • Support the scheduling of assessments or training when needed.
